Hi! I’m Charles Di Gaetano, project manager.

My artistic side
My passion for advertising dates back to my childhood. My dad worked as a sales representative at Mediacom in Quebec City. I loved going to his office and hanging out with the graphic artists, who worked with pencils and glue and had a color printer that took no less than 15 minutes to print one sheet of 8.5 x 11 paper!

My organized side
After CEGEP I decided to do a degree in public communications at Université Laval and a DESS (post-graduate studies) in business administration. During my university years I was very active in various student committees, and organizations, including Préambule Communication, the student communications agency, and also served as communications manager and coordinator of the creative advertising competition at the 10th Jeux de la communication (Communications Games).

My customer service side
I’ve accumulated plenty of experience in customer service and contact with the public during my years in sales at Future Shop and through my work (ongoing) as master of ceremonies at weddings and corporate events.

In summer 2006, during an internship, I met most members of the jfLarouche team when the agency still went by the name of Côté Larouche.

I was hired as project manager in March 2007. I serve as the link between clients and my colleagues at the agency, as well as being responsible for deadlines and client support.
