As a young girl out grocery shopping with my mother, I would wonder about the people who dreamed up the pictures and pretty lettering on the cereal and cookie boxes…

Fifteen years later, with a graphic communications degree in my pocket, I was hired by the Québec government Official Publisher to design and produce books. After spending two years in publishing and producing more than ten books, I spent over a year at Ministère des Loisirs developing a new image and communication tools for Québec’s provincial parks before being hired by Cossette as a designer.

In the early 80s, having spent several years at this large agency and wanting to take a new direction, I opened my own graphic design studio. I did design and illustration work for a number of ministries and organizations, as well as development, customer service, and administration. I also worked for several agencies that hired me to produce annual reports, illustrations, and important documents.

It was one of these clients, Bleau Dupéré Giguère, that recruited me to set up and manage an in-house studio.

I had to find and hire new talent as well as take on responsibilities as art director, production director, and studio coordinator. I designed and produced projects for Fromagerie Cayer, IPL, Laurentian Trust, and many others. I won a number of design awards from Applied Arts and other organizations.
The team grew, and so did the projects… I stayed for 13 years.

In 2001, I joined the Coté Larouche agency as studio and production director. I also worked on the creative side and managed projects for clients like Passion Jardins, Bain Ultra, and IPL, broadening my range of skills.

I'm involved in all projects putting my 25+ years of experience working in creative design, art direction, planning, production management, project evaluation and management. I’m a hands-on person and I love finding solutions and being part of a team …it’s my way of being creative.
